Three CPHHS doctoral programs ranked in “top 10” for faculty productivity

Three College of Public Health and Human Sciences’ doctoral programs are ranked in the “top 10” for faculty productivity in their respective disciplines among all Land Grant institutions, based on a Faculty Scholarly Productivity Index (FSPI) analysis using Academic Analytics.

Human Development and Family Studies, Nutrition and Public Health join 16 other doctoral programs at Oregon State University on the “top 10” list in their respected disciplines – Applied Economics; Atmospheric Sciences; Design and Human Environment; Environmental and Molecular Toxicology; Fisheries Science; Forest Ecosystems and Society; Geography; Mathematics Education; Medical Physics; Ocean, Earth, and Radiation Health Physics; Pharmacy; Public Policy; Science Education; Wildlife Science; Wood Science; and Zoology.

These rankings speak to the productivity of Oregon State University faculty.

FSPI calculations are based on metrics within six broad categories of faculty productivity including book publications, journal publications, conference proceedings, citations, federal funding (grants) and honorific awards.
