In 1999, Fang established the Cynthia W. M. Li Fang Memorial Scholarship to support students in the CPHHS. He also established the Dr. Sheng Chung Fang Endowed Fellowship in the College of Agricultural Sciences, and in Summer 2016 created the Dr. Sheng Chung Fang Chemistry Fellowship for graduate students in the College of Science.

Cancer survivors need many things to thrive — the right attitude, a support system, numerous resources and a healthy diet. Too often, the latter is the most difficult to attain. But thanks to a local program, led and supported by CPHHS alumni and students, eating healthy is now within reach.
Not many interns get to literally sit across the desk from an internationally known expert and local health care legend, but not every intern is Katie Anthony. Not only did the doctoral student learn from former Intel executive Eric Dishman, she also landed her dream job as a result.
