Laynie Case, a kinesiology doctoral student, was awarded the Patricia Austin Graduate Student Award from the North American Federation of Adapted Physical Activity (NAFAPA). The award was established in 1996 and recognizes the best student research conducted within the last 24 months. This is the first time an Oregon State University student has received this award. Laynie has been invited to give a 40-minute presentation at the upcoming NAFAPA conference.
