After a lifelong struggle with depression, thoughts of suicide, and an eating disorder, Lindsey Kato now works as a suicide prevention coordinator.
“Everyone knows that physical activity is important, yet the majority of people are still inactive,” says David Schary. “I want to help bridge this gap by making research results applicable, fun and inspiring. This will hopefully not only educate people, but also empower them to take the research and apply it to their lives.”
