Kudos go to Extension 4-H faculty who were honored at last week’s Oregon Extension conference, held on the Corvallis campus. The following 4-H faculty and staff were recognized in the Dec 7 “4-H…Growing and Thriving” newsletter: Congrats to Mike Knutz, Marilyn Lesmeister, Deb Warnock, Mario Magaña and Barb Brody for receiving the OSU Extension Association Hoecker Family Experience Faculty Award. Kudos to Margi Tipton for receiving the OSU Extension Association Classified Staff Award, and to Jamie Davis and Samaria Rufener for receiving the OSU Extension Association Team Award. Kudos to Maureen Hosty for receiving an OSU Extension Association Hoecker Innovative Grant Award to help further develop the Entrepreneurship program for youth. Kudos to Claire Sponseller and Michelle Webster for receiving the Extension Directors Coin of Excellence recognition, and cheers to Maria Falcon for receiving the Alberta B. Johnston Award for Extension Education
