Jafra Thomas will receive his master’s degree in Public Health on June 17 and is currently a doctoral degree candidate pursuing his PhD in Kinesiology. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Sports Sciences and his first master’s degree in Health and Exercise Science from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, Calif.

Luis “Junior” Rivera will receive his bachelor’s degrees in Dietetics and Exercise and Sport Science on June 17. Junior completed a paid internship while a student in the CPHHS and has his sights set on becoming a physician assistant.
Jessica Klopfenstein graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology in winter 2016. Since completing her degree, she’s been working on campus as a TOUR Ambassador. Following commencement, Jessica will start physical therapy school in southern California.

She is an honors student, studied abroad in Spain, did research in Iran in summer 2016, earned several scholarships during her time at OSU and has been accepted into Oregon Health & Science University’s (OHSU) nursing program.
