“I’m very interested in what we eat and how food has an impact in terms of healthy lifestyles and letting us live better,” says CPHHS Moore Family Center Director Emily Ho.
The college’s new degree and center brochures, written by Kathryn and designed by Mary Susan Weldon, have won a silver award in the “Design Improvement (Print or Identity)” category at the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) District VIII Communication Awards competition.
“Be it teaching or research, my favorite part is the interaction with people – students, other faculty, participants – and the building of relationships,” Marc says.
With accreditation around the corner, the new faculty will help propel the college even further into the 21st century and enhance its efforts to become a preeminent college of public health and human sciences.
Associate Dean for Undergraduate Programs Mark Hoffman has been named the National Athletic Trainers’ Association’s (NATA) 2013 Most Distinguished Athletic Trainer.
