As fewer teens overall take up smoking, those who do smoke daily are reporting more health complaints than in years past, a new study indicates.
Two 2016 CPHHS public health graduates and recipients of an OSU Writing Intensive Curriculum Culture of Writing Award are both headed to graduate school. While in their undergraduate programs, Alyssa Rollins and Kodasha Thomas were recognized for their steadfastness and commitment to public health issues by their professors.
The 2016 David P. Beaver APA Professional Young Scholar Award has been presented to CPHHS Assistant Professor Megan MacDonald. The award is given annually to a young professional within the first seven years of his or her post-graduate career.
